无背索斜拉桥混凝土斜塔施工方法研究

摘要 斜塔施工是无背索斜拉桥施工技术的重难点之一。若施工方案选择不当,会存留安全隐患甚至导致严重的工程质量问题。为研究无背索斜拉桥斜塔合理施工方法,首先对混凝土斜塔的施工难点、自重受力以及模板和支架受力进行分析,随后从安全性、经济性及适用性角度出发,确定斜塔施工方法和需要注意的问题。研究认为,倾角α较小时,若工期和地基条件满足要求,应当优先选用满堂支架法;倾角α较大时,需进行多方案比选。 The leaning tower construction is one of the major difficulties in the construction technology of the cable-stayed bridge without back cable.If the construction scheme is not selected properly,there will be potential safety hazards and even lead to serious project quality problems.In order to study the reasonable construction method for the leaning tower of the cable-stayed bridge without back cable,the construction difficulties,self-weight stress and the stress of formwork and support of the concrete leaning tower are analyzed firstly,and then the construction method and the problems that need attention are determined from the perspective of safety,economy and applicability.The research shows that,when the inclination angleαis small,if the construction period and foundation conditions meet the requirements,the full support method should be preferred.When the inclination angleαis large,it is necessary to compare and select multiple schemes.
