摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是一类以动脉粥样硬化为病理基础,具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率的脑血管病。寻找有效的防治措施是当今社会研究的热点。聚集素蛋白(clusterin,CLU)又叫做载脂蛋白J(ApoJ),是一种由细胞分泌的,通常在应激下激活的伴侣蛋白。CLU具有多种生物学功能,其在维持蛋白质稳态、细胞存活、免疫调节中起重要作用。CLU在人体组织分布广泛,尤其在脑内含量最多。CLU与动脉粥样硬化和AIS的发生、发展密切相关。该文就CLU结构功能以及其与动脉粥样硬化和AIS的研究进展进行综述,以期为AIS提供潜在的生物标志物及治疗靶点。
Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is a cerebrovascular disease characterized by high incidence,mortality,and disability rates,with atherosclerosis as its pathological basis.Finding effective prevention and treatment measures is a current focus of research in society.Clusterin protein(CLU),also known as apolipoprotein J(ApoJ),is a protein secreted by cells,typically activated under stress conditions.CLU has multiple biological functions,playing a crucial role in maintaining protein homeostasis,cell survival,and immune regulation.CLU is widely distributed in human tissues,with the highest content found in the brain.CLU is closely associated with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and acute ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the structural and functional aspects of CLU and its research progress in relation to atherosclerosis and acute ischemic stroke,aiming to provide potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for acute ischemic stroke.
