光子晶体红外光谱特性调控及应用研究进展

摘要 光子晶体结构所具有的光子带隙和光子局域特性使得处在带隙内的电磁波无法传播,为实现目标红外隐身提供了重要手段。结合光子晶体的结构和工艺特性,总结了现有光子晶体红外光谱特性调控机理、调控设计方法和材料类型,包括周期结构优化、化合物材料、金属材料、等离子和超导材料等引入在光子晶体红外带隙调控方面的应用,并对光子晶体的未来发展进行了展望,以期对光子晶体在带隙调控和目标隐身等需求提供借鉴。 The photonic band gap and photon localization characteristics of photonic crystal structures prevent electromagnetic waves within the band gap from propagation.According to the excellent performance,the photonic crystal provides an important means for achieving infrared stealth of targets.Based on the structure and process characteristics of photonic crystal,this paper summarized the existing mechanisms,and design methods,for regulating the infrared spectral characteristics of photonic crystal.Meanwhile,the types of material,including periodic structure optimization,introduction of metal materials,compound materials,plasma,and superconducting materials were reviewed.Furthermore,the applica-tions in regulating the infrared band gap of photonic crystal were also introduced.At last,the development of photonic crystal was expected to provide reference for the needs of photonic crystal in band gap regulation and target stealth.
