高校充分发挥校史档案思想政治教育功能研究

校史档案是独具特色的校本教材,是大学精神和大学文化的重要载体,蕴含着丰富的教育元素,具有思想道德价值导向作用和推动先进文化守正创新的功能。当前,高校校史档案育人研究需要对校史档案思想政治教育功能内涵式嬗变及现实困境进行系统分析,有的放矢地推进校史档案育人路径。高校应深入践行习近平文化思想核心要义,精心聚焦“立德树人”根本任务,充分挖掘校史档案育人元素,通过“增强校史档案育人意识、构建校史档案协同育人机制、丰富校史档案育人资源体系”三位一体,发挥校史档案以史育人、以文化人的重要功能,助力高校思想政治教育高质量发展。
