摘要
产教融合本质上是知识资源的跨组织流动。然而知识在流动过程中,可能出现知识粘滞、知识重复、知识残缺、知识冲突及知识保护等问题,导致产教融合深度不足、广度不够和机制不稳。基于知识供应链视角,可从知识形成、知识创新、知识组织与更新、知识储存与检索、知识分享与转移、知识应用与测评等过程推进产教深度融合,并通过强化个体与个体协同、个体与组织协同、组织与组织协同来确保产教深度融合的协同育人效果。
The integration of industry and education is essentially a cross organizational flow of knowledge resources.However,in the process of knowledge flow,there may be problems such as knowledge stickiness,knowledge duplication,knowledge incompleteness,knowledge conflict,and knowledge protection,leading to insufficient depth,breadth,and unstable mechanisms of industry education integration.Based on the perspective of knowledge supply chain,the deep integration of industry and education can be promoted through processes such as knowledge formation,knowledge innovation,knowledge organization and updating,knowledge storage and retrieval,knowledge sharing and transfer,knowledge application and evaluation,etc.The collaborative educational effect of deep integration of industry and education can be ensured by strengthening individual individual collaboration,individual organization collaboration,and organization organization collaboration.
