摘要
心理资本是在新时代人才开发和培养基础上产生的新概念,探讨人的自信、乐观等积极情绪体验对个体从事活动产生的积极心理力量和动能。发展型资助育人强调以人为本,在解决家庭经济困难问题的同时,将时代需要和学生个性化成长成才相结合,更好地助力经济困难学生实现人生价值。为此,将二者进行有机结合,通过探讨心理资本与发展型资助的逻辑关系及其在发展型资助育人工作中的重要价值,进而研究如何在心理资本视域下构建发展型资助育人体系,提升资助育人工作新成效。
Psychological capital is a new concept generated on the basis of talent development and cultivation in the new era,exploring the positive psychological power and momentum generated by individuals' positive emotional experiences such as confidence and optimism in engaging in activities.Development oriented funding and education emphasizes putting people first.While addressing family economic difficulties,it combines the needs of the times with students' personalized growth and development to better assist financially disadvantaged students in realizing their own life values.To this end,we will organically combine the two and explore the logical relationship between psychological capital and developmental funding,as well as their important value in developmental funding and education work.Furthermore,we will further study how to construct a developmental funding and education system from the perspective of psychological capital and improve the new effectiveness of funding and education work.
