高职扩招促进退役军人高质量就业创业实效性研究——以浙江宇翔职业技术学院“四轮共驱”“1+X”人才培养模式为例

高职扩招是促进退役军人高质量就业创业加速推进的举措之一,提升其实效性是高职院校的重大课题。浙江宇翔职业技术学院在充分调研生情前提下,提出“四轮共驱”“1+X”人才培养模式,且取得一定成效。对此案例进行实证分析与理论归纳,对保障和提升“高职扩招”教育教学有效性与实效性,促进退役军人就业创业工作,具有一定参考价值。

Expansion of higher vocational enrollment is one of the measures to promote the acceleration of high-quality employment and entrepreneurship of veterans,and improving its effectiveness is a major issue of the higher vocational colleges.Zhejiang Yuxiang Vocational and Technical College put forward the “Four-wheel Drive” and “1+X” talent training mode and implemented it earnestly on the premise of fully investigating the situation of students,and it has achieved certain results.This paper conducts empirical analysis and theoretical induction of this case,which has a certain enlightening value to ensure and improve the effectiveness and time-validity of the teaching and education of “expansion of higher vocational enrollment”,and to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of veterans.
