现状和路径:青少年劳动法治文化的培育研究

Current Situation and Path:Research on Cultivation of Youth Labor Rule of Law Culture

劳动法治文化是劳动文化和法治文化的重要部分,忽视劳动法治文化的培育不利于培养学生树立劳动最光荣、最崇高、最伟大、最美丽的观念,也不利于劳动法治建设的推进及营造和谐的劳动关系。因此,培育青少年劳动法治文化具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。但是值得注意的是,劳动法治文化的培育不是完全独立于学校教育之外的,而是要和学校教育相结合,以此作为其实现的基本路径,即与感恩、诚信、学习动机以及端正学习态度等教育的结合,使劳动法治真正地进课堂、进头脑、进人心,从而真正实现内化于心、外化于行的培育目标。

The labor rule of law culture is an important part of the labor culture and the rule of law culture.Neglecting the cultivation of labor rule of law culture is not conducive to cultivating students to establish the most glorious,noble,great,and beautiful concept of labor,but also detrimental to the promotion of the rule of law in labor and to create a harmonious labor relations.Therefore,the cultivation of youth labor rule of law culture has important practical significance and practical value,but it is worth noting that the cultivation of labor rule of law culture is not completely independent of school education,but rather to be combined with school education as the basic path to achieve,that is,with the combination of gratitude,honesty,motivation to learn,and learning attitudes and other education,so that the rule of law of labor is really into the classroom,into the mind,into the hearts of people,and truly realize the cultivation goal of internalization in the heart and externalization in action.
