基于泊肃叶定律的未知气体粘滞系数测量

摘要 为了研究测量未知气体粘滞系数,搭建了一套基于毛细管的简易测量装置。依据泊肃叶定律建立了气体体积流量与粘滞系数的关系。用N_(2)作为标定标准气,通过测量体积流量的方式计算了H_(2)、CO_(2)、合成空气在温度280~320 K,压强169~376 kPa区间的粘滞系数。对方法的可靠性进行了理论分析,并将结果与NIST数据库中的粘滞系数进行了对比。在差压103~206 kPa时相对误差率为[-1.109%,1.779%]。 To study and measure the viscosity coefficient of unknown gas,a simple measuring device based on capillary was built.According to Poiseuille s law,the relationship between gas volume flow and viscosity coefficient was established.With N 2 as the calibration standard gas,the viscosity coefficients of H 2,CO 2 and synthetic air in the temperature range of 280~320 K and the pressure range of 169~376 kPa were calculated by measuring the volume flow.The reliability of this method is theoretically analyzed,and the results are compared with the viscosity coefficient in NIST database.The relative error rate of this method is in the range of[-1.109%,1.779%]when the differential pressure is in the range of 103~206 kPa.
