新文科建设视域下一流社会科学学科评价及其启示

摘要 聚焦社会科学一流学科评价是对新文科建设背景下构建世界水平、中国特色的文科这一现实需求的理论回应。为科学评价我国社科在世界社科体系中的国际水平,本研究构建了由高精尖指标组成的一流社科评价指标体系并基于TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型对我国社科与世界社科进行比较分析。结果表明:我国社科部分学科总体表现已接近世界一流社科水平,但在学术大师和原始创新等方面与世界一流社科存在差距,相关影响因素有组间与组内之分。建议通过引育学术大师、增强科研全球关联性、增加科研支持等方式提升我国社科国际水平;同时,社科评价要兼顾“国际可比”与“中国特色”两重特征,以评促建引导发展,从而实现构建世界水平、中国特色文科的目标。 Focusing on the evaluation of top-tier disciplines in social sciences is a theoretical response to the practical need to build world-class liberal arts with Chinese characteristics under the background of the construction of New Liberal Arts.In order to scientifically evaluate the international standing of China’s social sciences in the world social science system,a top-tier social science discipline evaluation index system composed of top-grade indicators was constructed,and a quantitative comparative analysis of China’s and the world’s social sciences was carried out based on the TOPSIS Model and the Obstacle Degree Model.The results show that some of China's social science disciplines have overall performance close to the world-class level,and the influencing factors of the international level of social sciences in China can be divided into inner-group and intergroups,and the improvement of its international level should focus on academic masters and original innovation.It is recommended to enhance the international level of China's social sciences by cultivating academic masters,strengthening global research connectivity,and increasing research support.Meanwhile,the evaluation of social sciences should balance“international comparability”with“Chinese characteristics”,thereby guiding the subject development through evaluation and achieving the grand goal of building the world-class liberal arts with Chinese characteristics.
