高职院校“三明治”人才培养模式研究与实践——以Y职业学院航海类专业为例

Research and Practice of the"Sandwich"Talent Training Mode in Vocational Colleges--Taking the Marine Majors of Y Vocational College as an Example

“三明治”人才培养模式源于英国“三明治”教学方案,采取学校理论教学与企业实践交替进行的形式,着力培养适应岗位需求、适合企业要求的高素质技术技能人才。航海类专业实践性强,对学生的动手能力要求高,船上真实工作体验对提高航海类专业人才培养的适用性发挥着不可替代的作用。本文基于“三明治”人才培养模式的内涵,分析当前我国高职院校“三明治”人才培养模式存在的问题,提出优化对策,并以Y职业学院航海类专业为例进行个案分析,为高职院校航海类专业人才培养模式探索提供参考和借鉴。

The"sandwich"talent cultivation model originates from the British"sandwich"teaching program,which alternates between theoretical teaching in schools and practical training in enterprises,focusing on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of the job and the requirements of enterprises.Marine majors are highly practical,requiring high levels of hands-on skills from students.Authentic work experience on ships plays an irreplaceable role in improving the applicability of maritime professionals.This study starts with the connotation of the"sandwich"talent cultivation model,clarifies the problems existing in the"sandwich"talent cultivation model,clarifies the problems existing in the"sandwich"talent cultivation model,proposes countermeasures for optimizing the"sandwich"talent cultivation model,and takes the marine majors of vocational college Y as an example for case analysis,providing references for exploring talent cultivation models for marine majors in higher vocational colleges.
