摘要
在“学术性高考”与“技能型高考”双轨并行的教育体系中,如何优化应用型本科专业的教育模式以满足多样化人才培养需求,成为高等教育面临的重要课题。本研究以成都师范学院汽车服务工程专业为案例,探讨两种不同高考模式下学生的知识基础和学习习惯差异,提出相应的教育改革策略。研究发现,参加“技能型高考”和“学术性高考”学生,存在显著的知识基础和学习习惯差异。为应对这一现状,本文建议实施包括专业探索期、专业核心期以及专业抉择期在内的阶段性教学策略,并强调了本科生导师制度的重要性。本研究不仅为成都师范学院提供了具体的教育改革建议,也为其他院校在类似背景下的教育模式改革提供了参考和启示。通过这些改革,旨在促进教育公平,提升教育质量,以及更好地满足社会对多样化高素质人才的需求。
In the dual-track education system of"academic college entrance examination"and"skill-based college entrance examination",how to optimize the education mode of applied undergraduate majors to meet the diversified talents cultivation needs has become an important issue for higher education.Taking the automotive service engineering major of Chengdu Normal University as a case study,this study explores the differences in students'knowledge base and learning habits under the two different college entrance examination modes,and proposes corresponding educational reform strategies.It is found that there are significant differences in knowledge base and study habits between students who take the"skill-based college entrance examination"and those who take the"academic college entrance examination".In order to cope with this situation,this paper suggests the implementation of a phased teaching strategy including the professional exploration period,the professional core period,and the professional choice period,and emphasizes the importance of the undergraduate mentoring system.This study not only provides specific educational reform recommendations for Chengdu Normal University,but also provides references and insights for other institutions to reform their educational models in similar contexts.Through these reforms,it aims to promote educational equity,enhance educational quality,as well as better meet the social demand for diversified and high-quality talents.
