关于全面推行民办高校党组织书记选派工作的研究

全面推行民办高校党组织书记选派工作,是党的十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央加强民办高校党的领导的重要举措,是民办高校稳定健康发展的重要保证。但是,当前此项工作开展很不平衡,缺乏统一规范,缺乏刚性要求,缺乏具体指导,导致工作开展随意随性、落实不够。为确保我国民办高校的未来可持续发展,必须强化民办高校党组织书记选派工作,统一标准规程,加大工作力度,加快制度建设,保证目标实现。

To comprehensively promote the work of selecting and appointing party organization secretaries in private universities is an important measure for the party central committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core to strengthen the leadership of the party in private universities since the 18 th national congress of the party.However,this work being carried out currently is quite unbalanced,lack of unified regulations,lack of rigid requirements,and lack of specific guidance,so the work now being done is random at will with insufficient implementation.In order to ensure the sustainable development of private universities in China in the future,we should strengthen the work of selecting and appointing the party organization secretaries in private universities,unify the standard procedures,make greater efforts on the work,and speed up the system construction so as to ensure the realization of the goal.
