基于田口法的星-三角FSPMM电磁性能优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分数槽永磁电机(fractional slot permanent magnet machine,FSPMM)因其体积小、功率密度高、质量轻等优点在新能源发电和电动汽车等领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。为了进一步提高FSPMM的电磁性能,方法首先,基于两种不同电枢绕组结构的内置“V”字形的FSPMM,即10极12槽双层星(Y)形连接绕组和10极12槽四层星-三角(Y-Δ)连接绕组,建立两者的二维电机有限元分析模型;其次,综合分析FSPMM在不同绕组结构和不同转子参数下的空载性能、转矩性能、效率的变化规律,结果表明,采用四层Y-Δ接法的FSPMM电磁性能明显优于双层Y形接法的;最后,针对电机参数较多且耦合严重的特点,采用田口法,以转矩波动、齿槽转矩、效率、空载气隙磁密畸变率为优化目标,以永磁体厚度、转子轭部高、槽口宽度、气隙长度、相同磁极隔磁桥宽、相邻磁极隔磁桥宽为优化因子,进一步优化四层Y-Δ接法的FSPMM转子参数,通过分析优化目标的平均值和方差,得到最优的转子参数,并采用有限元法验证田口法在内置式FSPMM优化设计中的有效性。结果研究结果表明,优化后转矩波动降低了20.24%,电磁转矩增加了5.85%,气隙磁密畸变率减少了10.52%,齿槽转矩减少了15.52%,电机本体效率可达到95.54%。结论优化后电机的电磁性能均得到显著提升,验证了田口法在内置式FSPMM中优化设计的有效性。 Objectives Fractional slot permanent magnet machine(FSPMM)has been widely used in renewable energy generation and electric vehicles due to its small size,high power density and light weight.In order to further improve the electromagnetic performance of FSPMM,Methods two interior V-shaped FSPMM with different armature winding structures were introduced,which were 10-pole 12-slot double-layer star(Y)connection and 10-pole 12-slot four-layer star-delta(Y-Δ)connection windings.The 2-D finite element analysis models of the two FSPMM were established.Secondly,the rules of no-load performance,torque performance and efficiency of FSPMM under different winding structures and different rotor parameters were comprehensively analyzed.The research results showed that the four-layer Y-Δconnection was superior to the double-layer Y connection.Finally,in view of the characteristics of machine parameters and serious coupling,the Taguchi method was proposed to further optimize the rotor parameters of FSPMM with four-layer Y-Δconnection,with torque fluctuation,cogging torque,efficiency and no-load air gap flux density distortion rate as the optimization objectives,permanent magnet thickness,rotor yoke height,slot width,air gap length,flux barrier width of the same magnetic poles and flux barrier width of the adjacent magnetic poles as the optimization factors,thus the optimal rotor parameters were obtained by analyzing the average and variance of the optimization objectives.Then,the effectiveness of Taguchi method in the optimization design of interior FSPMM was verified by using the finite element method.Results The research results showed that after optimization,the torque ripple was reduced by 20.24%,the electromagnetic torque was increased by 5.85%,the air-gap flux density distortion rate was reduced by 10.52%,the cogging torque was reduced by 15.52%,and the efficiency could reach 95.54%.Conclusions Compared to the original machine,each electromagnetic performance of the optimized FSPMM had been significantly improved,which verified the effectiveness of Taguchi method in the optimization design of interior FSPMM.
