摘要
为积极响应国家“双碳”战略,本研究详细介绍了在严寒地区呼和浩特市建设中海河山大观超低能耗建筑示范项目的具体做法。基于严寒地区冬季漫长寒冷、建筑采暖能耗高等不利因素,项目从自然条件、严寒地区超低能耗技术体系、能源应用、智慧监测运维等方面,进行充分研究和创新,以显著高于普通住宅的节能率、低运行费用,获得业主“低碳节能、健康安全、舒适灵活、智慧便捷、经济耐用”的“好房子”评价。此项目的成功经验将为超低能耗“好房子”技术在严寒气候区大规模推广应用,起到示范和借鉴意义。
In response to the national“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”strategy,China Overseas has constructed the Zhonghai Heshandaguan project in Hohhot as the ultra-low energy demonstration building in severe cold zone.Based on the unfavorable factors such as the long and cold winter in the severe cold area and the high energy consumption of building heating,the project has carried out full research and innovation in terms of natural conditions,ultra-low energy technology system in severe cold areas,energy application,intelligent monitoring,operation and maintenance,etc.,aiming to significantly increase the energy-saving rate and decrease the operating cost,which has obtained the“better housing”by the owners from the assessment aspects including low carbon and energy saving,health and safety,comfort and flexibility,smart and convenience,economy and durability.The successful experience of this project could serve as a demonstration and reference for the large-scale promotion and application of ultra-low energy“better housing”technology in severe cold zones.
