胶东地区高品质住宅室内环境保障与低碳节能技术探析

摘要 本文旨在探讨胶东地区高品质住宅在室内环境保障和低碳节能技术方面的应用。介绍了高品质是住宅建筑行业发展的必然趋势及高品质住宅的定义和特点。以典型户型为例,采用动态负荷计算软件精细计算其全年动态负荷,为其设备选型提供依据。本研究分析了室内环境保障和低碳节能技术的相关概念和主要技术措施,从室内舒适度、洁净度、静音度及造价等多方面进行方案比较,以便更直观地为项目选择最适合的设计方案。并给出节能减排设计、智能化管理、噪声控制等方面具体做法。阐述了高品质住宅如何通过这些技术手段实现室内环境的保障和低碳节能目标。最后总结了本研究的意义,并提出未来研究的方向和建议。 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of indoor environment guarantee as well as low carbon and energy saving technology of high quality housing in East Shandong.This paper introduces that high quality is the inevitable development trend of the housing construction industry,and elaborates the definition and characteristics of high quality housing.Taking typical housing type as an example,dynamic load software is used to calculate the dynamic load of the whole year,which provides the basis for equipment selection.This study analyzed the related concepts and main technical measures of indoor environmental guarantee as well as low carbon and energy saving technology,and compared the schemes from many aspects such as indoor comfort,cleanliness,silence and cost,so as to choose the most suitable design scheme for the project more intuitively.The concrete methods of energy saving and emission reduction design,intelligent management and noise control are also given.This paper expounds how to ensure indoor environment and achieve the goal of low carbon and energy saving by these technical means for high quality housing.Finally,the significance of this study is summarized,and the direction and suggestions for future research are put forward.
