摘要
为改善村镇居民的居住生活条件和安全性,本文提出了一种多功能一体化装配式低层建筑体系,通过团队研发的低层装配式节能承重一体化混凝土墙板与现浇构件装配而成,并通过示范建造进行应用推广。本文研究重点聚焦PC工厂生产、施工现场拼装、结构抗震性能、建筑功能舒适宜居、工程应用有据可依等关键核心技术领域。多角度结合验证了多功能一体化装配式低层建筑体系抗震性能安全可靠,用于低层建筑具有快速拼装的优势。通过示范工程的建造及应用验证了多功能一体化装配式低层建筑体系的可行性,为体系的推广和应用提供了工程依据。
In order to improve the living conditions and safety of village residents,this paper proposes a multifunctional integrated prefabricated low-rise building system,which is assembled with cast-in-place components through low-rise prefabricated concrete wall panels of energy-saving and load-bearing integration developed by the team,and is applied and promoted through demonstration construction.This paper focuses on key core technology areas such as PC factory production,construction site assembly,structural seismic performance,comfortable and livable building functions,and evidence-based engineering applications.The combination of multiple perspectives verifies that the multifunctional integrated prefabricated low-rise building system is safe and reliable in terms of seismic performance,with the advantage of rapid assembly for low-rise buildings.The construction and application of the demonstration project verified the feasibility of the multifunctional integrated prefabricated low-rise building system,which provide an engineering basis for the promotion and application of the system.
