摘要
本文通过实验研究添加再生骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响情况,分析了不同再生骨料取代率对混凝土基本物理性能和力学性能的影响,探讨龄期对混凝土力学性能的影响。实验选取道路维修形成废弃材料作为再生粗骨料来源,补充河沙作为细骨料,设计了不同再生骨料取代率试件。结果表明,在一定范围内适当添加再生骨料可以提高混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折等指标,并且不会显著降低其基本物理性能,龄期对混凝土力学性能也有一定影响。为再生骨料在混凝土生产中的应用提供了参考。
In this paper,the effects of adding recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete are studied experimentally.The effects of different recycled aggregate replacement rates on the basic physical and mechanical properties of concrete are analyzed,and the effects of age on the mechanical properties of concrete are discussed.In the experiment,waste materials formed by road maintenance are selected as the source of reclaimed coarse aggregate,and river sand is supplemented as fine aggregate.Seven groups of samples with different reclaimed aggregate substitution rates are designed.The results show that appropriate addition of recycled aggregate in a certain range can improve the compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete,and will not significantly reduce its basic physical properties.Age also has a certain influence on the mechanical properties of concrete.Therefore,this paper provides a reference for the application of recycled aggregate in concrete production.
