心理韧性在新护士压力负荷与转型冲击间的中介效应

The intermediary effect of resilience between the stress overload and the transition shock of new nurses

摘要 目的调查新护士的转型冲击现状,探索心理韧性在压力负荷和转型冲击间的中介效应。方法2021年6月—7月,采用便利抽样法选取湖北省5所二级甲等及以上医院的314名新护士为研究对象,发放一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表、压力负荷量表及新护士转型冲击量表进行调查。结果314名新护士的心理韧性得分为(83.06±15.99)分,得分率为67.4%,处于较高水平;转型冲击量表、压力负荷量表得分分别为(84.03±22.42)分、(63.13±17.19)分,分别处于中等、中等偏下水平。新护士心理韧性与压力负荷、转型冲击呈负相关(r=-0.296、-0.310,P<0.001);压力负荷与转型冲击呈正相关(r=0.652,P<0.001)。心理韧性在新护士压力负荷与转型冲击间存在显著的中介效应。结论心理韧性在新护士压力负荷与转型冲击间发挥中介效应作用,新护士应提高心理韧性水平,以有效应对初入职场的压力负荷与角色转型冲击。 Objective To investigate the current situation of transition shock of new nurses and to explore the mediating effect of resilience on stress overload and transition shock.Methods From June to July 2021,314 new nurses from 5 secondary A and above hospitals in Hubei Province were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Stress Overload Scale and Transition Shock Scale of New Nurses were distributed for investigation.Results The resilience score of 314 new nurses was(83.06±15.99),and the scoring rate was 67.4%,which was at a high level,while the scores of the Transformation Shock Scale and Stress Overload Scale were(84.03±22.42)and(63.13±17.19).The resilience of new nurses was negatively correlated with stress overload and transition shock(r=-0.296,-0.310,P<0.001),and positively correlated with stress overload and transition shock(r=-0.652,P<0.001).Resilience has a significant mediating effect between the stress overload and transition shock impact of new nurses.Conclusion Resilience plays an intermediary role between stress overload and transition shock of new nurses.New nurses should improve their level of resilience to effectively deal with the impact of stress overload and role transformation.
