摘要
立足于日本新兴产业变革发展趋势,在深入研究数字经济与数字技术创新互动机制的基础上,采用耦合协调度模型,测算日本数字经济与数字技术耦合协调发展水平及特征,以其耦合协调度指数为基础,检验并论证2011—2020年期间日本数字经济与数字技术创新发展从拮抗、磨合到协调,以及两者之间处于同步发展及互为滞后更替的相对发展态势,为进一步深入探讨日本数字经济和数字技术创新发展耦合协调的内在规律提供理论参考和论证方法;并针对日本现实问题,从创新人才培养体系和科学技术规划体系两个方面研究提出促进数字经济和科技创新融合发展的对策建议。
Based on the change and development trend of Japan's emerging industries and in-depth research on the interaction mechanism between digital economy and digital technology innovation,the coupling coordination degree model is adopted to measure the level and characteristics of the coordinated development of Japan's digital economy and digital technology.Based on the coupling coordination degree index,it is tested and demonstrated that the development trend of digital economy and digital technology innovation in Japan from 2011 to 2020 has changed from antagonism and running-in to coordination,as well as the relative development trend of synchronized development and mutual lag alternation between the two.This provides theoretical reference and demonstration methods for further exploring the inherent laws of the coupling and coordination of Japan's digital economy and digital technology innovation,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the integrated development of digital economy and technological innovation from the perspectives of innovative talent training system and science and technology planning system in response to Japan's current issues.
