古塞奇尤单抗治疗甲银屑病1例

Guselkumab in the Treatment of Nail Psoriasis:A Case Report

患者男,54岁,二十甲凹点、脆裂1年余。指/趾甲真菌荧光染色阴性。指甲组织病理示:银屑病样增生模式。诊断:甲银屑病。本例患者经传统治疗无明显疗效,给予古塞奇尤单抗治疗12周后,指/趾甲损害明显改善,期间无不适。该病例提示以古塞奇尤单抗为代表的IL-23抑制剂,可作为系统性治疗甲银屑病的选择。

A 54-year-old male presented with pits and brittle cracks in his twenty nails for over a year.The fungal fluorescence staining of the fingernails and toenails was negative.The nail pathology revealed a psoriatic hyperplasia pattern.He was diagnosed with nail psoriasis.Traditional treatment methods had no significant effect.After 12 weeks of treatment with guselkumab,there was a significant improvement in the condition of his fingernails and toenails,and he did not experience any discomfort during this time.Interleukin-23 inhibitors,such as guselkumab,may be a preferred choice for the systemic treatment of nail psoriasis.
