肉芽肿型玫瑰痤疮误诊为亚急性皮肤型红斑狼疮1例

Granulomatous Rosacea Misdiagnosed as Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus:A Case Report

患者男,70岁,反复面部红斑丘疹4个月余。患者曾于外院诊断为亚急性皮肤型红斑狼疮,予外用糖皮质激素、口服羟氯喹与甲氨蝶呤治疗后效果不佳。后经本院皮肤组织病理检查确诊为肉芽肿型玫瑰痤疮,口服多西环素、羟氯喹,外用他克莫司乳膏治疗6周后皮疹基本消退,随访半年未复发。

A 70-year-old male presented with repeated facial erythema and papules for over four months.The patient was initially misdiagnosed with subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus in another hospital and was treated with external corticosteroids,oral hydroxychloroquine,and methotrexate without effect.Then,upon referral to our hospital,a skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of granulomatous rosacea.After six weeks of treatment with oral doxycycline,hydroxychloroquine,and topical tacrolimus cream,the patient′s rash disappeared and did not recur during the six-month follow-up period.
