Apalutamide Caused Cutaneous Adverse Reactions:Two Cases Report

例1男,90岁,因前列腺癌使用阿帕他胺治疗,1周后出现面部肿胀,停药后好转,恢复治疗1个月后颈部、耳后出现红色斑块、鳞屑伴瘙痒。例2男,78岁,因前列腺癌使用阿帕他胺治疗,3 d后双下肢出现充血性潮红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒,经对症处理后消退,未停用阿帕他胺。2个月后皮损复发,逐渐加重,累及全身。2例患者均诊断为阿帕他胺所致药疹。停用阿帕他胺,分别给予局部/系统糖皮质激素等对症治疗后病情缓解。

Case 1,a 90-year-old male,was treated with apalutamide for prostate cancer,presented with facial swelling after 1 week,which was relieved after drug withdrawal.After 1 month treatment resumed,red plaques and scales appeared on the neck and behind the ear accompanied by pruritus.Case 2,a 78-year-old male,was treated with apalutamide for prostate cancer and presented with congestive erythema and papules with pruritus on both lower limbs 3 days,which was relieved after symptomatic treatment without drug withdrawal.After 2 months,similar skin lesions recurred and gradually aggravated,involving the whole body.Both patients were diagnosed with apalutamide-induced drug eruption.The condition was relieved after discontinuing apalutamide and symptomatic treatment with local/systemic glucocorticoid.
