县域公共法律服务档案管理的现状及对策分析

Current Situation and Countermeasure Analysis on the Archives Management of County-level Public Legal Services

近年来,随着县域公共法律服务工作的深入推进,公共法律服务在保障公民基本权利、维护人民群众合法权益、实现社会公平正义发挥重要的作用。公共法律服务档案管理工作也成为公共法律服务工作的重要部分,然而,当前公共法律服务档案管理工作还存在着管理不规范,档案管理制度缺失,管理设备陈旧,管理人员不专业等问题,已无法满足当前和今后一个阶段公共法律服务工作发展需求,为此,需对县域公共法律服务档案管理进行规范和优化,文章重点分析县域公共法律服务档案管理工作现状,并提出具体的对策,更好地服务和保障公共法律服务工作深入开展。

In recent years,with the deepening of county-level public legal service work,public legal services have played an important role in safeguarding citizens'basic rights,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people,and achieving social fairness and justice.Archives management of public legal services has also become an important part of public legal service work.However,the current archives management of public legal services still faces issues such as irregular management,for lack of archival management system,outdated management equipment,and unprofessional management personnel.It is already unable to meet the development needs of public legal service work in the current and future stages.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize and optimize the archives management of county-level public legal services.This article focuses on analyzing the current situation of county-level public legal service archives management and proposes specific countermeasures to better serve and guarantee the deepening of public legal service work.
