摘要
文章着眼于新形势下办公室OA电子档案管理问题,并提出一系列应对策略。首先,电子档案的优势在于文件保护、节省时间和提高效率;其次,新形势下办公室OA电子档案管理的原则包括电子档案的完整性、真实性和安全性;接着,,分析当前存在的问题,如管理意识不强、各项投人较少、管理制度缺失和人员素质较低,并详细阐述问题带来的负面影响。为解决这些问题,提出一系列具体策略,包括革新观念、健全管理制度、提高档案管理人员的综合能力、加大各项投人和创新技术手段;最后,通过全面审视现有档案管理体系、规范制度、加大投人和引人新技术等手段,文章旨在指导办公室OA电子档案管理的改进,以适应数字化时代的发展需求。
This article focuses on the management of office OA electronic archives under the new situation and proposes a series of response strategies.Firstly,the advantages of electronic archives lie in the records protection,saving time,and improving efficiency;Secondly,the principles of office OA electronic archives management under the new situation including the integrity,authenticity,and security of electronic archives;Next,the current problems were analyzed,such as weak management awareness,low investment in various aspects,for lack of management systems,and low personnel quality,and the negative impacts brought by the problems were elaborated in detail.To address these issues,a series of specific strategies have been proposed,the including reforming the ideological concepts,improving management systems,enhancing the comprehensive abilities of archives management personnel,increasing investment in various aspects,and innovating the technological means;Finally,by comprehensively examining the existed archives management system,standardizing systems,increasing investment,and introducing new technologies,this article aims to guide the improvement of office OA electronic archives management to meet the development needs of the digitalized age.
