摘要 在大数据时代的背景下,人事档案管理正面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。随着信息技术的快速发展,传统的人事档案管理模式已难满足现代社会的需求,这就要求须深入认识利用大数据技术改革人事档案管理体系的重要性。大数据为人事档案管理提供新的视角和方法,通过数据收集、存储、分析和应用,可极大地提高人事档案管理的效率和质量。文章系统地探讨大数据时代下人事档案管理面临的挑战,阐述运用大数据技术加强档案体系建设的重要性,并提出高质量发展人事档案管理的具体路径,包括转变管理思想以建立大数据共享理念、执行档案数字化工作、提升管理人员的综合素质以及规范档案信息化管理细节,旨在为读者提供一种新的理解视角和实践框架。 Under the background of the big data era,personnel archives management is facing an unprecedented challenges and opportunities.With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional personnel archives management mode is no longer able to meet the needs of modern society,which requires a deep understanding of the importance of using big data technology to reform the personnel archives management system.Big data provides a new perspective and method for personnel archives management,which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of personnel archives management through data collection,storage,analysis,and application.This article systematically explores the challenges faced on the personnel archives management in the era of big data,elaborates on the importance of using big data technology to strengthen the archive system construction,and proposes specific paths for high-quality development of personnel archives management,including the transforming management thinking to establish the concept of big data sharing,implementing archive digitalization work,improving the comprehensive quality of management personnel,and standardizing the details of archive informatization management.The aim is to provide readers with a new understanding perspective and practical framework.
