面向省级电网灵活性需求的负荷聚合商双层交易策略

Research on double-layer trading strategy for load aggregator targeting the flexibility requirements of provincial-level power grids

摘要 针对电力系统中灵活需求骤增与灵活资源稀缺的矛盾,电力市场竞价交易机制成为有效平衡解决方式。建立了考虑负荷聚合商参与需求侧灵活性资源交易的双层优化模型。当电源侧灵活性资源不能满足电网安全经济运行时,上层模型在电力保供与新能源保消纳等约束条件下,以需求侧灵活性资源调用成本最小为目标,得出需求侧灵活性需求。下层模型在满足上层模型灵活性资源缺额的情况下,以负荷聚合商的总收益最大为目标函数,基于可削减和可转移负荷得出负荷聚合商的聚合响应潜力,并参与电力市场进行集中竞价统一出清的优化交易。最后,基于高比例新能源接入的省级电网数据进行仿真分析,结果表明,所提双层优化模型可以满足灵活性资源需求量,同时提高负荷聚合商的收益。 In response to the contradiction between the sharp increase in flexible demand and the scarcity of flexible resources in the power system,the electricity market bidding trading mechanism has become an effective balance solution.Double-layer optimization model is established in the article that considers the participation of load aggregators in demand side flexible resource trading.When the flexible resources on the power supply side cannot meet the safe and economic operation of the power grid,the upper level model,under the constraints of power supply guarantee and new energy consumption guarantee,aims to minimize the cost of utilizing flexible resources on the demand side,and obtains the demand side flexibility demand.The lower level model,while meeting the flexibility resource shortage of the upper level model,takes the maximum total revenue of the load aggregator as the objective function,obtains the aggregation response potential of the load aggregator based on reducible and transferable loads,and participates in the optimization of centralized bidding and unified clearing in the electricity market.Finally,simulation analysis was conducted based on provincial power grid data with a high proportion of new energy access.The results show that the proposed two-layer optimization model can meet the demand for flexible resources while improving the revenue of load aggregators.
