摘要
食品安全监督抽检工作是食品安全监管部门发现食品安全风险、保障食品安全的有效方式。为了保证抽检数据的真实性、准确性、有效性,加强此项工作质量控制具有重要意义。本文介绍了食品安全监督抽检工作,并对影响其质量控制主要因素进行分析探讨,同时针对性提出相应的改进措施,以期为提升食品安全监督抽检工作质量提供参考。
Food safety supervision and sampling work is an effective way for food safety supervision departments to find food safety risks and ensure food safety.In order to ensure the authenticity,accuracy and effectiveness of sampling data,it is of great significance to strengthen the quality control of this work.This paper introduces the sampling work of food safety supervision,analyzes and discusses the main factors affecting its quality control,and puts forward specific measures to improve the quality of food safety supervision and sampling work.
