摘要
通过优化实验程序,建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定姜咸菜中的铅含量的方法。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.007 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为92.7%~100.6%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~1.3%。方法方便快捷,准确度好,精密度高,适用于姜咸菜中铅含量的测定。
By optimizing the experimental procedure,a method for the determination of lead content in ginger pickles by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.007 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate was 92.7%~100.6%,and the relative standard deviation range was 0.1%~1.3%.The optimized method is convenient and fast,with good accuracy and high precision,and is suitable for the determination of lead content in ginger pickles.
