粮油食品加工技术在食品安全保障中的应用探索

摘要 粮油食品加工技术是粮油食品加工的必要手段,也是保障食品安全的有效方法。随着社会生产方式和生产技术的发展,粮油食品加工的内容与范围也发生了一定变化。不同粮油食品加工技术在食品安全保障中所发挥的作用也不尽相同。本文阐述了粮油食品加工技术的内涵、发展、种类,明确了粮油食品加工技术对食品安全保障的作用,并从原料选择与质量控制、加工工艺与过程控制、食品添加剂、包装与储存技术以及检测技术与监管手段等5个方面,对粮油食品加工技术的应用展开详细论述,以期为食品安全领域工作者提供借鉴。 Grain and oil food processing technology is a necessary means of grain and oil food processing,but also an effective way to ensure food safety.With the development of social production mode and production technology,the content and scope of grain,oil and food processing have also undergone certain changes.Different grain,oil and food processing technologies play different roles in food safety.This article elaborates on the connotation,development,and types of grain and oil food processing technology,and clarifies the role of grain and oil food processing technology in ensuring food safety,and elaborates on the application of grain and oil food processing technology from five aspects:raw material selection and quality control,processing technology and process control,food additives,packaging and storage technology,and testing technology and supervision methods,in order to provide reference for workers in the field of food safety.
