摘要
目的:建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱检测蜂蜜中24种多酚类物质的方法,分析甘肃省市售的不同蜜源蜂蜜中24种多酚类物质的含量差异。方法:蜂蜜样品经甲醇提取定容后过滤,三重四极杆电喷雾离子源电离-多反应监测负离子监测模式监测,外标法定量。结果:24种多酚类活性物质在0.1~50.0 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好(r≥0.997),检出限为0.05~1.50μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.12~5.00μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为86.53%~96.78%。结论:本研究建立的蜂蜜中24种多酚类物质检测方法具有灵敏度高、定量准确的优势。甘肃省不同蜜源的蜂蜜中除咖啡酸苯乙基酯外,其他23种活性物质均有检出,其中香豆酸和对香豆酸含量较高。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 24 polyphenols in honey by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and to analyze the content differences of 24 polyphenols in honey from different honey sources sold in Gansu.Method:The honey samples were extracted by methanol and filtered after constant volume.The triple quadrupole electrospray ion source ionization-multiple reaction monitoring negative ion monitoring mode was used for monitoring,and the external standard method was used for quantification.Result:The linear relationship of 24 polyphenols active substances was good in the range of 0.1~50.0 ng·mL^(-1)(r≥0.997).The detection limit was 0.05~1.50μg·kg^(-1),the limit of quantitation was 0.12~5.00μg·kg^(-1),and the recovery rate was 86.53%~96.78%.Conclusion:The detection method of 24 polyphenols in honey established in this study has the advantages of high sensitivity and quantitative accuracy.In addition to caffeic acid phenethyl ester,23 other active substances were detected in honey from different honey sources in Gansu,among which coumaric acid and p-coumaric acid were higher.
