摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定芹菜样品中11种酚类化合物的含量。结果表明,11种酚类化合物在0.5~10.0μg·mL^(-1)时,线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.990,检出限为0.07~0.29 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.20~0.84 mg·kg^(-1);在加标水平为0.2 mg·kg^(-1)、0.4 mg·kg^(-1)和1.0 mg·kg^(-1)时,芹菜酚类化合物的回收率为71.90%~134.00%,相对标准偏差为0.30%~4.00%,说明该方法具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性。
Using high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of 11 phenolic compounds in celery samples.The results showed that 11 phenolic compounds ranged from 0.5 to 10.0μg·mL^(-1),the linear relationship is good,with correlation coefficients≥0.990.The detection limit is 0.07~0.29 mg·kg^(-1),and the quantitative limit is 0.20~0.84 mg·kg^(-1).When the spiking levels were 0.2 mg·kg^(-1),0.4 mg·kg^(-1),and 1.0 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rates of celery phenolic compounds were 71.90%~134.00%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.30%~4.00%,indicating that this method has high sensitivity and reliability.
