食品安全问题已成为全社会关注的焦点,科学合理地应用食品安全检测技术对保障食品质量安全、维护消费者权益、促进食品产业健康发展具有重要意义。本文系统阐述了食品质量安全评价的主要内容,分析了食品安全检测技术在其中的应用现状及存在的问题,提出了开发前沿痕量物质精准检测技术、构建高效多参数同步检测平台、推进高通量检测技术规范化与标准化等措施,以期全面提升食品安全检测技术在食品质量安全评价中的应用效能,为我国食品安全保驾护航。

Food safety issues have become a focus of concern for the whole society.The scientific and reasonable application of food safety testing technology is of great significance in ensuring food quality and safety,safeguarding consumer rights,and promoting the healthy development of the food industry.This article systematically elaborates on the main content of food quality and safety identification,analyzes the current application status and existing problems of food safety detection technology,and proposes measures such as developing cuttingedge trace substance precise detection technology,constructing an efficient multi parameter synchronous detection platform,and promoting the standardization and normalization of high-throughput detection technology,in order to comprehensively improve the application efficiency of food safety detection technology in food quality and safety identification,and to safeguard food safety in China.
