新基建对工业用地绿色利用效率的影响研究

Study on the Impact of New Infrastructure on the Green Utilization Efficiency of Industrial Land

新基建不仅对城市工业用地建设管理提供了新途径,而且对城市集约化绿色化发展也具有重要意义。文章采用2011—2020年我国30个省份的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型,检验新基建水平对工业用地绿色利用效率的赋能效果及其异质性。实证检验结果表明:新基建并没有提升工业用地绿色利用效率水平,样本期间研究发现新基建的三大内涵(“信息基建”“融合基建”“创新基建”)中“信息基建”和“创新基建”显著促进工业用地绿色利用效率的提升,而“融合基建”对其存在显著负向影响。在地区异质性上,新基建对东北地区有正相关关系,对东、中部地区呈现负相关关系,但回归系数并不显著,而对西部地区存在显著负向作用。

The new infrastructure not only offers innovative approaches for the construction and management of urban industrial land but also plays a crucial role in promoting the city's intensive and green development.Utilizing panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 and employing a two-way fixed effects model,this study investigates the influence and variability of new infrastructure levels on the green utilization efficiency of industrial land.The empirical findings reveal that overall,new infrastructure did not uniformly enhance the green utilization efficiency of industrial land.However,during the sample period,it was observed that within the three main aspects of new infrastructure(“information infrastructure”“integrated infrastructure”and“innovative infrastructure”),both“information infrastructure”and“innovative infrastructure”significantly contributed to the enhancement of green utilization efficiency,whereas“integrated infrastructure”had a notable adverse effect.Regarding regional differences,the impact of new infrastructure was found to be positively associated with the northeast region and negatively with the eastern and central regions,though these correlations were not statistically significant.A significant negative impact was observed in the western region.
