国家儿童区域医疗中心人才管理实践与思考

Talent management practices and considerations at a national children's regional medical center

国家儿童区域医疗中心建设是提升儿童医疗服务水平、优化医疗资源配置的重要举措。随着医疗体制的不断变革和人才竞争的日益加剧,人才管理成为推进区域医疗中心建设的核心动力。笔者基于国家儿童区域医疗中心建设的制度背景和人才管理的必要性,结合河南省儿童医院人才管理的探索和实践经验,深入思考人才管理的关键点,并提出相关建议,以优化人才管理策略,旨在提升国家儿童区域医疗中心医疗服务质量和创新能力。

The construction of national children’s regional medical centers is an important measure to enhance the level of pediatric medical services and optimize the allocation of medical resources.With ongoing reforms in the healthcare system and intensifying competition for talent,talent management has become a core driving force in the development of regional medical centers.Based on the institutional background of the construction of national children's regional medical centers and the necessity of talent management,combined with the experiences in talent management at Henan Children's Hospital,this paper deeply considers the key points of talent management and proposes related suggestions to optimize talent management strategies,aiming to enhance the quality of medical services and innovation capabilities at national children's regional medical centers.
