卷烟工厂排潮气体异味(恶臭)较大,运用高效能交叉流化学洗池+注入式低温等离子的组合工艺能达到排放限值要求,但效果不理想,且容易产生臭氧过量的副作用,需要进一步治理。设置10000 m^(3)/h试验线,在一次处理基础上,增加以喷淋吸收+(窄脉冲-金属带)低温等离子技术的二次处理工艺,对排潮气体进行二次处理,并对处理后的异味(恶臭)及臭氧排放情况进行监测评价。经过二次治理系统,可以将臭气浓度下降57.6%以上,O3质量浓度控制在100 g/m^(3)以内。喷淋吸收+(窄脉冲-金属带)低温等离子技术的二次处理工艺可以进一步降低排潮气体异味(恶臭),臭气浓度可以控制在229(无量纲)以下。
In cigarette manufacturers'wet exhaust gas management,the combination of a high-efficiency cross-flow chemical washing tank with a low-temperature plasma injection is often used to meet the required emission standard,but it can't bring ideal effects and may generate excessive ozone.Setting up a double treatment system in a 10000 m^(3)/h test line including the treatment mentioned above and a further process"spray absorption+(narrow pulse-metal strip)low-temperature plasma technology",we monitored and evaluated it's performance by recording the odor(stench)and ozone emissions.After this double treatment system,the odor concentration can be reduced by more than 57.6%,and the O3 concentration can be controlled within 100 g/m^(3).The"spray absorption+(narrow pulse-metal strip)low-tem-perature plasma technology"as an added process can further reduce the odor(stench)of the wet exhaust gas by con-trolling its concentration below 229(dimensionless).
