摘要
对杭州市某危险废物处置中心焚烧烟气湿法脱酸工艺存在的问题进行了分析,并通过实验验证了湿法脱酸过程中高浓度氯化氢气体置换出二氧化硫,造成瞬间超标排放的现象。提出了烟气湿法脱酸工艺优化设计,以满足《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》(GB 18484—2020)烟气中污染物排放浓度限值,为危险废物焚烧新建项目设计、已建项目改造提供参考。
Problems with the incineration flue gas wet deacidification process of a hazardous waste disposal center in Hangzhou were analyzed and experimentally verified that the high concentration of hydrogen chloride gas displaces sulfur dioxide in the wet deacidification process,resulting in instantaneous exceedance of the emission limits.An op-timization design for the flue gas wet deacidification process is proposed to meet the pollutant concentration limits for the emission from flue gas of hazardous waste incineration(GB 18484—2020),providing reference for the design of new hazardous waste incineration projects and the reconstruction of existing projects.
