福建省城市生活垃圾处理方式变化趋势及原因分析

Analysis on change trend and causes of municipal solid waste disposal treatment in Fujian Province

通过收集整理2004年—2021福建省城市生活垃圾处理相关数据,分析了福建省城市生活垃圾无害化处理现状和处理方式的变化趋势和原因。结果表明:福建省城市生活垃圾处理量和处理率逐年增长,2021已实现城市生活垃圾100%无害化处理。经预测,焚烧处理能力和生物处理能力将继续提高,2025年焚烧处理能力占比可达80%,生物处理能力占比将超过卫生填埋;卫生填埋处理能力将逐步下降,并有望在2027年实现原生生活垃圾“零填埋”。随着国家大力推动生活垃圾分类,“焚烧为主,生物处理为辅”可能会成为未来福建省城市生活垃圾处理的新格局。该结果可为福建省城市生活垃圾处理处置提供参考。

The status quo of harmless treatment of municipal solid waste in Fujian Province and the changing trend of treatment and reasons were analyzed by collecting and sorting out the data of municipal solid waste treatment in Fu-jian province from 2004 to 2021.The results show that,harmless treatment of municipal solid waste has been reached 100%in 2021.It is predicted that the incineration and biological treatment capacity will continue to increase,and the incineration treatment capacity will reach 80%in 2025,and the biological treatment capacity may exceed the sanitary landfill capacity;the sanitary landfill treatment capacity will gradually decline,and it is expected to realize"zero landfill"of primary domestic waste in 2027.With the national efforts to promote the classification of domestic waste,"incineration as the primary treatment,supplemented by biological treatment"may become the new pattern of urban do-mestic waste treatment in Fujian Province in the future.The results can be used as a reference for the disposal of urban domestic waste in Fujian Province.
