氮化硼功能化及应用进展

摘要 随着石墨烯等二维材料的兴起,氮化硼逐渐进入人们的视野中。六方氮化硼(h-BN)作为氮化硼的代表晶型,由于其具有类石墨烯的结构和优异的性质而广泛被人们关注。文章总结了h-BN的性质特点及功能化方法的现状,并从导热、润滑、水污染治理、催化、能源、生物医药等方面探讨了其应用现状,最后展望了未来h-BN材料的发展方向。 With the rise of graphene and other two-dimensional materials,Boron Nitride has gradually come into people's vision.Hexagonal Boron Nitride(h-BN),which is a representative crystal form of Boron Nitride,prevails among research because of its graphene-like structure and excellent properties.This paper summarizes the characteristics of h-BN and the status quo of its functionalization methods.The application status of h-BN materials was discussed in terms of heat conduction,lubrication,water pollution control,catalysis,energy and biomedicine.Finally,the future direction and possible difficulties of h-BN materials research are foreseen.
