摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,培养新农科复合应用型人才,是适应时代变革趋势、深化新农科建设和打破人才培养藩篱的迫切需要。针对当前存在的教学资源整合创新力不够、人才培养和社会需求离散度高、专业人才内涵发展力不强等现实问题,浙江农林大学探索构建了“一体化、两协同、四融合”新农科复合应用型人才培养体系,通过推动学科专业一体化发展,激活校地、校企联合办学活力,深化跨学科专业交叉融合、专业教育与双创教育融合、教学与科研相长融合、专业教育与课程思政、劳动教育融合发展等,打造知农爱农复合应用型卓越农科新才,为新时代农林人才培养改革提供参考。
Amidst the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation of new,multifaceted agricultural profes sionals is a critical imperative to align with the evolving temporal dynamics,to augment the infrastructure of new agricultural sciences,and to dismantle the impediments within the current talent development frameworks.Addressing the contemporary challenges such as the inadequate innovation in integrating teaching resources,the pronounced disconnect between the training of personnel and societal demands,and the deficient capacity for intrinsic professional development,necessitates the exploration and establishment of an innovative agricultural education system characterized by“integration,two coordinations,and four fusions.”This entails fostering the syncretic advancement of academic disciplines and specializations,revitalizing the collaborative potential of educational institutions and stakeholder partnerships,enhancing the interdisciplinary fusion within specializations,and integrating professional education with entrepreneurial education,teaching with research,and the confluence of professional education with ideological and political education,and labor education.This approach aims to mint exceptional new agricultural professionals who possess both a profound understanding and a passionate commitment to the agricultural sector,thus providing a paradigmatic reference for the reformulation of forestry and agricultural personnel training in the contemporary era.
