研究妇科体检中早期宫颈癌筛查的价值。选取2023年9月1日—2023年9月30日纳入的200例妇科体检者作为研究对象,所有受检者均接受早期宫颈癌筛查。检查项目包括单纯液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)、乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检查等。评价不同检查方法下早期宫颈癌的检出情况。结果显示,HPV+TCT联合检查的早期宫颈癌阳性率最高,其次为HPV、TCT单一检查,对比联合检查、单一检查结果,联合检查的早期宫颈癌阳性率高于单一使用HPV和TCT检查,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,临床针对早期宫颈癌的筛查,可通过妇科体检的方式进行,HPV及TCT联合检查,能够进一步提升早期宫颈癌的阳性率,具有推广应用价值。

Study the value of early cervical cancer screening in gynecological examinations.200 gynecological examinees who underwent physical examinations from September 1,2023 to September 30,2023 were selected as observation subjects,and all examinees were screened for early cervical cancer.The examination items include simple liquid based thin-layer cell test(TCT),papillomavirus(HPV),etc.The results of evaluating the detection of early cervical cancer under different examination methods showed that the combined detection of HPV+TCT had the highest positive rate of early cervical cancer,followed by single detection of HPV and TCT.Comparing the results of combined and single detection,the positive rate of early cervical cancer detected by combined detection was higher than that detected by single detection of HPV and TCT,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Research has found that in clinical screening for early cervical cancer,gynecological examinations can be used,including the HPV and TCT combined screening method,which can further improve the positive screening rate of early cervical cancer.Compared with single early cervical cancer screening methods,the combined screening model has practical value.
