美沙拉嗪结合双歧杆菌四联活菌用于活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Mesalazine and Bifidobacterium Tetravalent Live Bacteria in Patients with Active Ulcerative Colitis

探究美沙拉嗪结合双歧杆菌四联活菌用于活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效。选择北海市人民医院消化内科2019年1月—2023年9月收治的38例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各19例,对照组接受美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组接受美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组机体炎症指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肠黏膜屏障功能和免疫功能等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,在治疗过程中使用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗方案,能够从整体上优化疾病治疗效果,改善患者肠黏膜功能,增强患者免疫力。

Exploring the therapeutic effect of combining mesalazine with Bifidobacterium tetravalent live bacteria in patients with active ulcerative colitis.38 patients with active ulcerative colitis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at Beihai People’s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with mesalazine,while the study group received treatment with a combination of mesalazine and bifidobacteria quadruple live bacteria.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the inflammation indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the intestinal mucosal barrier function and immune function of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).A study has found that for patients with active ulcerative colitis,the use of a combination of mesalazine and bifidobacterium tetravalent live bacteria treatment plan during the treatment process can optimize the overall disease treatment effect,improve the intestinal mucosal function of patients,and enhance their immunity.
