小儿推拿联合中医护理治疗脾胃消化不良的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Pediatric Tuina Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Dyspepsia

探究小儿推拿联合中医护理治疗脾胃消化不良的效果。选取2023年2月—2023年9月珠海区妇幼保健院门诊收治的52例小儿脾胃消化不良患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各26例。对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组患儿接受小儿推拿联合中医护理,对比两组患儿护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患儿各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿胃半排空时间短于对照组(P<0.05),胃窦运动指数、胃窦收缩频率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对脾胃消化不良患儿,尽早实施小儿推拿联合中医护理,可有效改善患儿中医证候积分和胃肠动力学,可提高患儿护理总有效率与生活质量评分。

Exploring the effect of pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of spleen and stomach dyspepsia.52 children with spleen and stomach digestive disorders admitted to the Outpatient Department of Zhuhai Center for Maternal and Child Health Care from February 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely a control group and an observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group had a shorter gastric emptying time than the control group(P<0.05),and the gastric antral motility index and gastric antral contraction frequency were higher than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that early implementation of pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for children with spleen and stomach dyspepsia can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and gastrointestinal dynamics,and improve the overall effective rate and quality of life score of pediatric nursing.
