护理干预及定期随访对健康体检人群中高血压患者血压控制效果的影响研究

A Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention and Regular Follow up on Blood Pressure Control in Hypertensive Patients in Healthy Physical Examination Population

分析护理干预及定期随访对健康体检人群中高血压患者血压控制效果的影响。选取2022年1月—2023年6月于常德市第一人民医院接受健康体检的180例高血压患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受护理干预和定期随访。对比两组患者的血压控制效果、自护意识和对护理的满意度。结果显示,干预后,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者各方面的自护能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,护理干预和定期随访可有效控制高血压患者的血压,增强患者的自护意识,提升患者的治疗和护理依从性,患者对护理工作的满意度较高。

Analyze the impact of nursing interventions and regular follow-up on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients undergoing health examinations.180 hypertensive patients who underwent health examinations at the First People’s Hospital of Changde City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received nursing interventions and regular follow-up.Compare the blood pressure control effect,self-care awareness,and satisfaction with nursing between two groups of patients.The results showed that after intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all aspects(P<0.05);The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that nursing interventions and regular follow-up can effectively control the blood pressure of hypertensive patients,enhance their self-care awareness,improve their treatment and nursing compliance,and increase their satisfaction with nursing work.
