微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果研究

Clinical Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Pedicle Screw Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures

探究微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。选取2020年1月—2023年9月贵州省兴仁市人民医院收治的80例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,采用等量随机电脑法将患者分为参照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40)两组,分别实施传统开放椎弓根钉内固定术和微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。研究发现,临床在治疗胸腰椎骨折患者时,微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术的应用价值较高,有助于改善患者围术期相关指标及术后伤椎情况,还可以减少并发症的出现,减轻患者疼痛程度,患者满意度较高。

To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.80 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to Xingren People’s Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)using an equal quantity computer method.Traditional open pedicle screw internal fixation surgery and minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation surgery were performed respectively,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation has high application value in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in clinical practice.It helps to improve perioperative related indicators and postoperative vertebral injury in patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,alleviate patient pain,and increase patient satisfaction.
