摘要
探讨高职院校医学影像技术专业学生职业认同特征及影响因素,以期为培养高职院校学生的职业认同提供参考依据。对沧州市738名医学影像技术专业学生采用自行设计的一般资料表与专业认同表进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,医学影像技术专业学生专业认同总分为(88.07±9.28)分,其中专业技能维度均分最高,为(4.08±0.75)分,专业情感维度均分最低,为(3.04±0.62)分。不同年级、不同录取志愿、不同报考动机及城乡学生的专业认同得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,医学影像技术专业学生职业认同教育需要引起重视,高职院校应针对专业学生情况采取有效措施,提高医学影像技术专业学生职业认同感及自豪感。
Exploring the occupational identity characteristics and influencing factors of medical imaging technology students in vocational colleges,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of occupational identity among vocational college students.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 738 medical imaging technology students in Cangzhou City using a self-designed general information form and professional identity form.The survey results show that the total score of professional identity among students majoring in medical imaging technology is(88.07±9.28)points,with the highest average score in the professional skills dimension being(4.08±0.75)points and the lowest average score in the professional emotions dimension being(3.04±0.62)points.There are significant differences in professional identity scores between students from different grades(P<0.05),admission preferences,application motivations,and urban and rural areas.Research has found that vocational identity education for students majoring in medical imaging technology needs to be given attention,and vocational colleges should take effective measures to improve their professional identity and pride.
