广西某企业职工健康体检中低体重者合并血脂异常的情况分析

Analysis of the Situation of Low Weight Individuals with Combined Dyslipidemia in Health Examinations of Employees in a Certain Enterprise in Guangxi

分析广西某企业职工健康体检中低体重者血脂异常情况的特点,并提出个体化建议。收集2022年3月—2022年6月该企业于广西柳钢医疗有限公司医院健康管理中心体检的2093名职工基础信息、体格检查、血液生化检查结果,按照《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)》中对于血脂异常的判定标准,采用秩和检验对低体重者血脂异常情况进行描述分析。结果显示,2093名职工血脂异常检出率为76.4%,其中低体重者血脂异常检出率为31.5%,50岁以上低体重者三酰甘油检测结果高于其他年龄段低体重者。研究发现,该企业职工血脂异常检出率较高,低体重者亦存在该问题。不同性别、不同年龄段的低体重者血脂异常检出率相当,50岁以上低体重者高三酰甘油血症发生率较高。提示低体重者不能因不属于血脂异常的高危人群就放松对自身血脂状况的关注。

Analyze the characteristics of abnormal blood lipids in low weight individuals during health examinations of employees in a certain enterprise in Guangxi,and propose personalized suggestions.Collect basic information,physical examination,and blood biochemistry test results of 2093 employees who underwent physical examination at the Health Management Center of Guangxi Liugang Medical Co.,Ltd.Hospital from March 2022 to June 2022.According to the judgment criteria for blood lipid abnormalities in the“Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Adult Blood Lipid Abnormalities(2016 Revised Edition)”,use rank sum test to describe and analyze the blood lipid abnormalities in low body weight individuals.The results showed that the detection rate of abnormal blood lipids in 2093 employees was 76.4%.The detection rate of blood lipid abnormalities in low weight individuals is 31.5%,and the results of triglyceride testing in low body weight individuals over 50 years old are higher than those in other age groups of low weight individuals.Research has found that the detection rate of abnormal blood lipids in employees of the company is relatively high,and this problem also exists in low weight individuals.The detection rate of abnormal blood lipids in low body weight individuals of different genders and age groups is similar,and the incidence of hypertriglyceridemia is higher in low body weight individuals over 50 years old.It is suggested that individuals with low body weight should not relax their attention to their own blood lipid status because they are not at high risk of blood lipid abnormalities.
