Discussion on Key Points of Welding Quality Control in Pressure Pipeline Construction

城市化进程的加快带动了我国各行业领域的进步。近年来,在“双碳”目标的驱使下,我国新能源材料产业迅速崛起,压力管道在新能源材料的制备生产中起到了极为重要的作用。在这种情况下,本文通过对压力管道施工焊接质量控制要点进行探索,分析焊接过程中的工艺以及检验步骤,来切实保障压力管道的焊接质量,并结合龙岩市上杭县蛟洋工业区的压力管道施工案例,来探讨焊接质量控制的要点。

The acceleration of urbanization process has led to the progress of various industries in China.In recent years,driven by the“double carbon”goal,China’s new energy materials industry has risen rapidly,and pressure pipelines have played an extremely important role in the preparation and production of new energy materials.In this case,this paper explores the key points of welding quality control in pressure pipeline construction,and analyzes the process and inspection steps in the welding process to effectively guarantees the welding quality of pressure pipeline.In combination with the pressure pipeline construction case in Jiaoyang Industrial Zone of Shanghang County of Longyan City,the key points of welding quality control are discussed.
