装配式建筑施工技术在住宅工程中的应用

Application of Prefabricated Building Construction Technology in Residential Engineering

随着经济和社会的不断发展,我国的建筑施工技术发展迅速。目前在传统的建筑中,装配式建筑的相关技术可以有效地解决房屋外部的噪声污染问题,也可以有效地处理室内环境的污染问题。然而在实践中,装配式建筑施工技术还存在着一定的问题,影响着最终的建筑成品质量。基于此,本文分析了装配式建筑概念以及相关优势,包括当前所面临的问题,对此提出质量控制方法,希望为今后我国装配式建筑施工技术的进一步深入和发展打下基础。

With the continuous development of economy and society,China’s construction technology has developed rapidly.At present,in traditional buildings,the relevant technologies of prefabricated buildings can effectively solve the problem of noise pollution outside the house,and also effectively deal with the pollution problem of the indoor environment.However,in practice,there are still certain problems in the construction technology of prefabricated buildings,which affect the quality of the final building products.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the concept of prefabricated building and its related advantages,including the current problems,and proposes quality control methods,hoping to lay a foundation for the further deepening and development of prefabricated building construction technology in China in the future.
