摘要
对于高层建筑,工程总造价中桩基工程占比较高,合理的桩基方案显得尤为重要,是决定项目经济性的重要因素。本文首先通过对某行政科研楼多种可行性桩基方案的技术和经济性比较分析,结合本工程结构特点进行桩基设计;其次对PHC管桩、钻孔灌注桩及人工挖孔桩三种桩型的可行性、经济性等方面进行综合分析比较,得出符合承载力和地基变形要求的技术可行、经济合理的桩基方案。本文可为类似工程的桩基选型设计分析提供参考。
For high-rise buildings,pile foundation engineering accounts for a relatively high proportion of the total project cost,and a reasonable pile foundation scheme is particularly important,which is an important factor to determine the economy of the project.In this paper,the technical and economic comparison analysis of various feasible pile foundation schemes of an administrative and scientific research building is carried out firstly,and the pile foundation design is carried out in combination with the structural characteristics of this project;secondly,the feasibility and economy of the three pile types of PHC pipe piles,cast-in-place piles and manual excavation piles are comprehensively analyzed and compared,and the technically feasible and economically reasonable pile foundation schemes that meet the requirements of bearing capacity and foundation deformation are obtained.This paper can provide a reference for the design and analysis of pile foundation selection for similar projects.
